## Requirements
– Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or equivalent.
– At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Independent with good communication skills.
– Fluent in BM and English, Mandarin and other languages would be an added advantage.
– Candidates must be able to work in i-City & KL.
## Responsibilities
– Ensure the maintenance of the building and M&E equipment is carried out in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
– Ensure periodic checks on all mechanical and electrical apparatus and ensures that they are always in good working order.
– Check all works carried out by the service/maintenance contractor are in order and satisfactory.
– Attend all defects and seek solutions for repairs.
– Ensure the security / cleaning service are adequate and the guards/ cleaners on duty are doing their jobs.
– Attend to enquiries, feedbacks by owners and telephone calls.
– Check all the incident and complaint progress.
– Handle and checks on general administration work and update necessary records.
– Prepare daily and weekly reports.
– Liaise with relevant departments on handover progress and move in move out process.
– Other duties as required.
